Protect Shine With Lukewarm Water
Hot water can strip the protective oils that act as a natural conditioner. And your hair's natural shine can disappear. This doesn't mean you have to suffer through cold showers to avoid dull hair. Instead, use lukewarm water to wash your hair. Pamper the scalp by massaging it while you shampoo.
First, wash your hair. Use some good volumizing shampoo and conditioner such as Pantene Pro-V volume and body shampoo, they also do a conditioner.
Second, towel dry your hair. Gently tousle hair with a towel, then add some volumizing cream. This may seem like an unnecessary hair product but it really works wonders.
Comb it. Part it how you want it once it's dry.

To finish off, flip your hair upside down again and spray some hairspray. Spray some on the top as well. Make sure you hold the spray around 10 to 12 inches from your head.
