Exercises for Beautiful Hands

Trying on summer clothes in front of the mirror, you can see not an attractive picture – hand muscles has lost elasticity, become sluggish and put on some weight. You can solve this problem in several ways.

Method 1: out of sight

Of course, it's very unpleasant to feel that your muscles are not in good shape. "Sealing" yourself with long-sleeved blouses and jackets, you can hide this shortcoming. Of course, in summer, you will have to sweat.

Method 2: Tension

If the muscles are out of shape it is especially noticeable when moving hands. Therefore, you can ask yourself a setting to stretch the muscles at each wave of the hand. In this case, the surrounding will not see the flabbiness of the hand muscles, but only constraint motions.

Method 3: Rowing

Among fans of rowing the muscle tone of the hands is in order. For example, for a one-week trip by canoe hand muscles are pulled in a way that the problem recedes for at least 4 month. You don't have to go very far away from civilization, and can just wave paddles at city pools, rowing a boat.

Method 4: Home fitness

In order to keep hand muscles taut and beautiful you should work over three shoulder muscles: biceps, triceps and deltoid.

For the exercises you will need 2 dumbbells each 1.5 kg. They can be replaced with plastic bottles with water or sand.

While doing exercises test the tension of that muscle, which you are currently training.

Warming up
Jumping with skipping rope, an improvisation under the music or a fight with an imaginary opponent will be a perfect start of the training.  In order to warm up the shoulder muscles, use exercises which are known from childhood: rotating with straight hands and jerk bent in front of the breast with your hands.

Training deltoid muscle

If in 50's of the last century, people with sloping shoulders were considered to be fashionable, now everything has changed – the shoulders should be straight. This can be achieved by training the deltoid muscle, which is felt when we raise our hands up. The starting position for all exercises: stand up straight, feet at shoulder width, hands with dumbbells in your palms.

Lift slightly the hands to the shoulders.
Repeat this exercise 7-10 times.
Lift your hands straight ahead to the chest. Then drop them without bending.
Repeat this exercise 7-10 times.
Lift the dumbbells along the body to the armpits.

Repeat this exercise 7-10 times.

Training biceps
Is there any man who does not like to play with biceps, showing ladies his virility? Beautiful muscles can decorate even women's hands. You can feel biceps when you bend your arms in the elbow, putting the heavy bags bought for a week of provisions in the trunk.

The starting position for all exercises: stand straight, feet at shoulder width. Bend your arms in the elbow, in order to remain the elbows against the waist.

Repeat this exercise 7-10 times.

Bend your arms in the elbow one by one.

Repeat this exercise 5-7 times for each hand.

Training triceps

If the biceps and the deltoid muscles are always in motion, triceps always "sit" on the spare bench. This leads to the fact that people even youth, have unattractive triceps. So, seeing your friends off and shaking them goodbye, you can easily demonstrate to others your flabby triceps.

Exercises with dumbbells

Stand up straight, feet at shoulder width. Hands with dumbbells pressed to the body and the palms turned to the body. Lean forward.

Unbend and bend the hand, following that the elbows are pressed to the waist.

Repeat this exercise 7-10 times.

Lie on the stomach. Hands with dumbbells stretch along the body.
Raise your hands up.

Repeat this exercise 10-12 times.

Exercises without dumbbells – push-ups

Sit down squat back to the chair. Hands put on a seat.
Wring out from a chair.

Repeat this exercise 3-5 times.

Stand up in a distance of a step from the wall. Hands rest against the wall at chest level.

Wring out of the wall, keeping body straight following that the heels do not hop off the floor and hands in the final position are compressed against the body.

Repeat this exercise 3-5 times.

Training in this way three times a week, in a month will be noticeable that your hands are strong and the muscles are stretched.

How to Apply Eye blusher !

Blushers give a radiant look to the face. They come in two forms: the cream and powder form. A powder blusher should be applied after the application of the powder and a cream blusher should be applied before the application of the face powder. The blusher must be applied below the cheekbones and never lower than the nose or higher than the eyebrows.
Blush is available in compact and cream forms and comes in three basic shades: peach, pink, or brown. Matte natural colors are best. Powder blush is the easiest to handle. It's important to keep your brushes clean, otherwise, they'll gather bacteria and transfer it onto your skin.

This will inevitably cause spots and blackheads. Cream blush is best for dry skin because it contains oils which moisturizes your skin. It should not be taken inwards further than the iris of the eyes. The cheekbones can be highlighted with a larger color when they are flat.

A blusher can also be applied to perfect the flaws in the shape of the face. For a square face, place the blusher high on the cheekbones and blend it smoothly and softly inwards.

To make a round face appear longer, blend the blusher from the cheekbones downwards. Remember to use a blusher sparingly. It should just give the impression of being there and not be strong enough to attract attention to it.

Blush has a tendency to darken with body heat, so make sure you apply blush sparingly. And always apply color cosmetics in natural light whenever possible so you know exactly what your make up will look like. Powder blushers suit all skin and are especially good for OILY SKIN. If you prefer the matte finish, use a powder blusher after setting your make up with powder.

How to Apply Blush
Here are some tips to use while applying blush :

After applying blusher, dust with pressed powder. Now pat a damp cotton wool ball to set the color on your cheeks. This will make the color last longer. Blush should always be applied in a subtle fashion, but not so subtly that it disappears altogether.
For a long, narrow face: Apply the color lesser than the lower edge of the cheekbone and keep the angle horizontal for such a face to create the width of the face.
For round, square face: Apply color in the middle of the face. Don't get close on the nose.
For skin look clearer: Apply blusher to the apple of your cheeks. Blend it back but don't go further than the corner of the eye.
Clean blush brushes are very important to avoid bacteria transfer in skin and thus, one should clean them with non-soapy cleansers and baby wipes.
Never use blush on underside of cheekbones.
Blend into your foundation and at the hairline, with one soft horizontal motion on the top of the vertical strokes, without brushing any color onto the hair.
Often the small blush brush that comes with the cosmetic is of no use. A full round brush gives a professional look and make the overall look softer and more desirable. It is important to have separate brushes for the blush and the powder.
Powder blush should always be applied in one direction to avoid streaking.
Put the blush into the brush, taping off any excess or put a dab of gel on your fingers.

Applying Eye Lashes

Here are the list of some tips and tricks on how to apply eye lashes :
  • While applying mascara, begin from the roots and then move towards the tips for best results.
  • Use brown/black mascara instead of a black one. This will give you a softer and more flattering look.
  • Mascara looks good only if your eyelashes are in good condition. Use a good lash conditioner to improve the quality of your lashes.
  • When you are in a hurry apply just one coat of mascara only to the top lashes. This is quick and will make your lashes look natural.
Note: Remember to replace your mascara one in three months.

How to Apply Mascara

To apply mascara effectively, coat the upper and lower surfaces of the lashes. Tilt your head down and look down into the mirror. Draw the wand across the top surface of your upper lashes. Then tilt your head up, lookup into the mirror and coat your lashes from the root to the tip.
It is important that mascara is used on an individual only to avoid transferring eye infections and if it causes even the slightest irritation in the eye, it must be immediately discarded. Apply mascara to all of the upper lashes from one corner of the eye to the other, but sometimes this method may look too strong.

There are two basic types of cosmetic mascara: waterproof and regular. Regular mascara is easier to remove at the end of the day but to remove waterproof, you need an eye make up remover.

Then, looking straight into the mirror apply the mascara lightly to the bottom lashes, first with one horizontal stroke from the inner to the outer corner of the eye and then with short vertical strokes from root to tip. Switch off the fans while applying mascara, as the air will dry it up.

Wait for each coat to dry before applying the next. Less mascara is used on the lower lashes and extra color should be blotted off using the tissue paper. Usually women opt for more than one coat of the mascara, which combs the lashes too so that they do not look stuck together.

Tips for applying eye mascara
Thin and short brush is best as it is easier to control and gets to the corner of the eye easily. It is also advisable to powder the under-eye area before applying mascara to avoid smudging.
Never curl your eyelashes after applying mascara because they can stick to the pad on curler.
Contact lens wearer should use waterproof mascara's formula as there is minimum chance of any flakes getting into the eyes.
Always remove mascara before going to bed. This will keep lashes healthier
To apply mascara, place your finger about mid-lid or on your eyebrow and pull up in order to hold your lid taut.
Use an eyelash comb to separate the wet lashes base, wiggling the brush & then comb the mascara to the tips of your lashes. Not into the lash comb? Get rid of clumbs without them by removing excess mascara from the wand.
Basic mascara rules are simple: Black works for everyone but blondes. Blondes should opt for brown/black by day & reserve black for night. Blue mascara, however, can brighten blue eyes, purple mascara can make brown eyes pop.

Tips to Remove Mascara
Mascara must be removed very carefully to avoid damaging the delicate skin around the eyes. Try removing the final traces of mascara with a cotton bud dipped in cleanser. When you removing the mascara avoid the colour from going onto the delicate area below the bottom lashes and close your eyes.

Great Makeup Tips

Your wedding makeup plays a big part in how you will look and feel on the day. A common concern of brides is how long their makeup will last. At an all-day event you don't want to be ducking out of the reception or worrying during the ceremony that your makeup is running off your face or disappearing altogether.

While you will have time to do some touch ups before photos, plan for those times when touch ups aren't available. Here are eight makeup survival tips to leave you looking fabulous!

Flawless Foundation

You want to make it appear as if you aren't wearing foundation. Do this by blending the foundation with your skin tone. The question is not if it will blend but how long it will take to blend. The closer the foundation is to the natural shade of your skin, the quicker it will blend in and the more natural it will appear. For glowing skin, use a shimmer foundation.

To make it last longer, fold a tissue into a square and after you have applied the foundation, gently press the tissue onto it. This will take away excess oil and leave only the color behind.

Delete Dark Circles

If there are dark circles under your eyes from all the wedding planning you've done, these can be faded using eye shadow. If the darkness is grey, a soft pink eye shadow will cover up the dark area nicely. If the circle has more of a blue hue, use a matte peach eye shadow to get rid of the color. To make this effect last, apply the eye shadow before you apply your foundation and concealer. This will also have you using less foundation and concealer!

Perfect Powder

Instead of using a powder puff to apply your powder, use a large brush. This will take away any shine that is likely to crop up during the day had you used a puff. Use only as much powder that's absolutely necessary. Wearing too much makes your skin shiny due to excess sweat buildup. Use a lightweight powder for the same reason. Test before you buy. Place a bit of powder onto a brush and gently blow some of it off. If it immediately drops to the ground, it's too heavy. If it stays in the air before gently falling, you have found what you are looking for!

Beautiful Blush

To make your blush appear more natural, choose a brush that is the same size as the apple of your cheek. After placing a small amount of blush on the brush, gently tap it onto the apples of the cheek. Then blend it gently up and back towards the temples. Once you think there is enough on, blend it with a makeup sponge that hasn't been used for anything else. Not only will this provide a better blend but the sponge will also cement the blush into the foundation, making it last longer.

Luscious Lips

To make sure that your lipstick lasts all day, use a trick from the 1940s when women would powder first and then apply. Press powder onto your lips and then with a lip pencil, color the entire lip. Apply the lipstick and then powder again, repeating the process.

Elegant Eyebrows

First tweeze any hairs that are out of place. Only pull hairs one at a time and after each hair, step back from the mirror to make sure that you don't end up with a surprised look! Brush the hair and color it with a shade that is slightly lighter than that of the hair. If the color is too dark, it will end up making you look cold and harsh. Run a toothbrush over your brows to make sure that the color is fully blended. Run lip gloss over the brows to make the color stay and give you a glowing look.

Eye Makeup Tips

Begin your eye makeup by applying a soft white eye shadow on the brow bone and in the corners. With a very light brown eye shadow, color in the crease of the eye. Downplay your eyes to draw focus on your lips and cheeks or create attention by using very dark mascara. Definitely use waterproof mascara and make it stick by running brown eyeliner over the lash beforehand.

Finishing Touches

If you get the feeling you are wearing too much makeup, lightly spray your face with water. Not only can this make your skin feel better but will also help your makeup set.

Tips For Ethnic-Style Eye Makeup

If you've always admired exotic women and their creative makeup, perhaps you should try enhancing your features using their style as inspiration. Although many exotic or ethnic makeup designs use bright lip and cheek colors, the eyes remain the focal point. The secret for creating such a look is to combine a variety of bright, sparkly hues. Even if you like keeping your makeup on the conservative side, you can still try these guidelines that give you a modified ethnic effect you can wear for special occasions, if not every day.

Applying Nail Designs For Women

Most women love to manicure their nails and put some nail designs in it. There are some who prefer simply to clean their nails by removing cuticles and dirt then polish with a colorless nail polish but some however would like to experiment different kinds of nail designs.

Before applying nail designs you must learn the basic of solid manicure. No matter how great your nail design if your nail look shabby and messy you will never look good.

How caring your hands and nails affects your entire look?

You are applying for a vacant position in a company and it is your one on one interview after a series of examinations. The first thing that you are going to do is to introduce yourself and offer a hand shake to your interviewer. What would you think his impression if he notice that your nails look dirty? Your hands and nails reflect your overall personality.

Do it yourself

We usually hire other people to perform manicure to our nails but don't you know that it is dangerous? So beware!
It is better to do it yourself. Here's how:

1. First prepare the basic tools such as a basin of warm water, an emery board preferably a high quality one, orange stick, cuticle serum, cuticle trimmers, a soft flat nail buffer and a nail brush.

2. File your nails into a shape of your choice. Do it towards the center of the nail bed and a 45 degree angle so that chances of wear and tear can be avoided instead it encourages growth.

3. Once you finish filing, work in the cuticle serum and soften your cuticles and tissues around your nail by soaking your hands in the warm water for a few minutes.

4. Scrub the base of your nails with that flat nail brush and to trim your cuticles if necessary.

5.Lastly buffing provides a smooth look to your nails and improves the circulation to the nail bed itself.

Once you've done with thorough manicure it is now time for you to select a nail design you would love in your nail. Applying artificial nails whether acrylic, nail tips or gel is the recent craze in nail design however if you want a fantastic nail design on artificial nails or your own nails it is better to solicit ideas from an expert in nail design or if you have your own idea it is good share with her to make sure that your nails will look great as you wish!

Natural Mineral Makeup

When it comes to mineral makeup, it is a perfect method for women to seek a natural and lighter feel to their daily makeup. Bare mineral makeup powders allow you to achieve a perfect natural look.

Mineral makeup as the name suggests is made from mineral elements. Mineral makeup products are made up of microscopic flat crystals that overlap each other on the skin to offer a filtering layer on the skin- a layer that allows the skin to breathe normally and protects it from pollutants too. It helps in hiding fine lines and evening out the skin texture. This makeup offers a long lasting effect and lightweight feel – ideal for those with problems of skin or fine lines.

This makeup stays on longer and doesn't cause or create a smear easily. It is usually devoid of artificial colours and preservatives. This kind of makeup is ideal for women who have a sensitive and acne based skin. They also offer the benefits of protecting the skin from the sun.

Bare mineral makeup refers to loose mineral cosmetics. Such cosmetics are short of artificial ingredients that cause irritations or blemishes. As a result the skin of women with bare mineral makeup get a chance to breathe and is protected from the harsh sun glare.

* Mineral Makeup application: Always remember that mineral makeup is different from regular makeup. Use the correct brushes and don't let the colours fool you.
* Applying foundation: The foundations of mineral makeup are limited in terms of colours. The reason is that colour blends into the skin and acts like a veil. Use your kabuki brush to take a small amount of foundation.
* Applying concealers: Use the concealer brush, dip it into concealer and tap it on the desired area. Then use foundation to cover the face and eyes.
* Applying blush colours: The blush colours of mineral makeup look very dark on women, so remember to go on very sheer. Always lightly brush onto cheek and outside eye areas.

Right Dress for Your Type

So you've heard this a zillion times but it's actually what really it takes to look as smashing as a super model. And the clichéd phrase is "Dress right for your type." Just what exactly it means literally is known by all but life would be much easier if it were spelt out. Finally, here it is your complete handbook to being fashionably dressed.
* Figure out your body type: once you know what body type you are you can read tips exactly for your kind.
* Follow tips specific to your size (weight and height) and age as well.
ALL YOU WANTED TO KNOW (FOR ALL WOMEN)
* Always try to wear free flowing fabrics in one tone to achieve a long and slim look. Try fabrics like chiffon or georgette for dresses.
* Please wear only your size. Oversized clothes never have or will make look anyone any good. Stay away from anything that's baggy or exaggerated as far as size goes no matter how comfortable.
* Be careful while adding on accessories. Never add on anything just for heck of it. Your accessories speak more about you than your clothes do. So watch out there.
* Make sure whatever jeweler you wear blends well with your ensemble.
* Wear belts only if you have an extremely thin waist. (I know this is a hard one.)
* Wear clothes you are comfortable in and that reflect your personality. You'll undoubtedly look your best in them.
* Cleverly accessorize your look by adding a scarf or a stole for the added effect.
* Before picking up your clothes read the wash care and after care instructions carefully. Never buy on an impulse something that might cost you more than its cost for maintenance.
* Invest in a basic wardrobe, shoes, and bags. Mix and match the rest of the things picked up every season or even stuff picked up from flea markets.
* Form your own style statements and avoid following fashion trends blindly. Always have a back-up classic wardrobe and experiment with new things only to an extent.
BODY TYPE SPECIFIC FASHION TIPS
Fashion tips for petite women:
* If you've a short neck avoid wearing high collared clothes. Avoid short necklaces too. To elongate your neck, wear a deep neck and a long necklace that falls few inches above your navel.
* Wearing shoes with strings will make you appear even shorter. Avoid that at all costs. Wearing an open shoe with nothing at the ankle, just a strap to hold the toes together will make your legs look longer.
* Do not wear over all prints. They'll make you thinner. Wear prints that have something here or there and preferably over your figure's assets (like well shapes abs, tones arms, etc) to catch more attention in that area
* Add a belt or a scarf to your skirt or pants that hangs downward toward your legs. It will add height to them.
* Wear contrasting colors and fitted lines to flatter your figure
Fashion tips for tall women:
* You can indulge in everything to be avoided by petite women. And stay away from all suggestions made to them.
* To cut height around your waist area wear your tops over pants or skirts.
* Big belts will work fine for you just don't wear them too tight.
* Avoid very short skirts. They'll show off your never-ending legs and will add height.
* Similarly very long skirts will make your taller.
Fashion tips for pear-shaped women (heavy on the lower body):
* Vertical lines will definitely slim you down.
* Wear a lighter color on top and a really dark shade on your lower body. This way the light colored top catches more attention and your dark lower remains unnoticed.
* Remember to make your bottom smaller you can add broadness to your upper body to make your look more proportionate and thinner down below. E.g.: wear dresses or tops with small soft shoulder pads.
* Avoid skirts that are tapered. Free flowing a-line skirts and dresses are the key to camouflage saddlebags.
Fashion tips for apple-shaped women (heavy on the top):
* Avoid tops with a lot of detailing and ruffling or rouching. Keep it simple and clean with soft flowing fabrics.
* Do not wear very tight or clingy synthetic tops that enhance your problematic areas.
* Go for light colors for you lowers and wear darker shades on top.
* Use detailing, pleating, etc on your skirt or pant to attract attention there.
* V-necks will make your bosoms look smaller.
* Wear a wrap top to cover your stomach. Using layering in the same color and fabric here will have a slimming effect.
* Under no circumstances wear anything shoulder padded. Wear thin and light materials on top only.
Now whether you are tall or small, fat, or thin on top or bottom you know the basics to follow and dress right for your type. Start experimenting, suit your personal needs, and make new rules that work even better. Happy shopping!

You can even place pebbles in the large bowl and roll your feet back and forth giving slight pressure as it gives a massaging effect. Scrub using pumice stone to remove dead skin. Wash your feet well, then pat it dry and massage with a moisturizing cream.
You can even add juice of one lemon and a few neem leaves to the water as neem has antiseptic qualities.
Rose petals can be added to the water.
You can even add 2 drops of lavender essential oil to the water to have a spa effect at home.

Pedicure Tips

Just like the hands need to be cured and cared for, the feet need it all the more. This is because the feet are all the more exposed to the dirt and grime of the ground, especially if one is used to wearing open-footwear like slippers and sandals. And according to experts from the medical field, maintaining clean and hygienic feet helps maintaining a healthy body. Another secret is all acupressure points of the body are situated on the sole, so along with a regular pedicure one can also give the self-acupressure.

4. The feet should then be dipped for ten minutes in warm soapy water
5. After ten minutes the feet should be removed from the water and dried with a soft towel
6. The cuticle remover should be used following the instructions. Then a cuticle clipper needs to be used in order to clip away the dead cuticles. This needs to be done gently
7. Using a foot scrubber or pumice stone one needs to gently scrub their feet so that all the dead skin is removed
8. Then dip the feet into the soapy water for five minutes
