Weekly Nail Care Tips
Recently beauty treatment and cosmetic treatment for nails has increased. Giving your hands and nails a manicure is taking care of them. This should be done once every week. You should visit a manicurist regularly as they will give you the best advise on how keep your nails healthy.
Guidelines for your nail care weekly:
It takes hardly half an hour weekly to care of your nails to ensure they glow and are healthy throughout the year.
To begin with remove your nail polish. Dip cotton in nail polish remover and press over your nail to soften the polish. With one firm movement, move the cotton from the base of the nail to the tip. Continue till all the polish is removed.
Use a file or emery board to shape your nails. Begin from the corner to center, move the file in one direction only. Do not change directions and this will cause the nail to split and break.
To remove dirt soak your hands in warm soapy water for a few minutes. Clean under the nail using orangewood stick.
The skin that grows onto the end of the nail is the cuticle. These days it is advised that the cuticle not be pushed back as it prevents infection of the nail.
Apply a coat of clear nail polish. Once it dries apply a coat of color polish. Let it dry and then apply clear nail polish as topcoat to strengthen the nail and prevent nail polish from chipping.
Apply moisturizer on hands and cuticle to prevent the nail from splitting.
Home manicures should be done once a week and they take only 15-20 minutes. It is better you visit a professional manicurist once in 4-6 weeks.

The Basics - Foot Care Tips
- Wash your feet daily. Use lukewarm water, a mild soap or antibacterial soap. Rinse off all the soap and dry thoroughly. Make sure you get between the toes too! You can do this while bathing or sitting down. You may even try a long handled brush like a shower back brush. We don't recommend you sit on the edge of the bathtub. Be safe! You might also want to have a look at Foot Baths for some more ideas here.
- Keep your toe nails trimmed. Make sure you trim your nails straight across and not too short. Don't go cutting or digging them into the corners either. That's just asking for trouble. Ingrown toe nails are really not fun. Trimming will be a lot easier too if you do this just after you've finished bathing or washing your feet.
- Dry Skin? You can use a moisturizing lotion to help with this. This can be helpful in dry climates or different times of year that are drier than others. A small amount of generic lotion applied a few times a day can help you.
- Inspect your feet regularly. You may want to get a friend to help you look at those 'harder to see' parts. Funny how there's more of those as we get a little more 'mature'! Let your health care professional know if any unusual signs persist. Catching them early is important.
- No self treatment that includes trying to trim, shave or dissolve corns or calluses. See your doctor and get the proper remedies.
- Wear clean socks. Change your socks or stockings daily. Make sure they are not too tight or too short.
- Wear shoes that fit! Seems so simple but just making sure of this makes a world of difference to your foot health.
- Walk daily!. Yup. Another really simple foot care tip. The mere act of walking gives your feet exercise. That exercise goes a real long way in keeping your feet healthy.

Tips on Nail Care
Wear gloves when washing the dishes or scrubbing dirt because immersing hands in water & coming into contact with chemicals found in most cleaning agents can make nails brittle:
- Apply a good hand & nail lotion on your hands & nails to protect & moisturize them. Dry nails tend to crack & split.
- Give a shine to the nails by massaging coconut oil or warm castor oil on them.
- File your nails instead of clipping them (unless you need to shorten a big part) at a 45-degree angle. A good clipping moment would be after a shower or bath where nails are much softer or you can also soak your hands in a bowl of lukewarm water first before you clip. Avoid filing deep into the corners.
- Remove all nail polish every week and allow nails to breathe.
- Dip a cotton-tipped swab in hydrogen-peroxide or clean under the nails, to whiten them.
- Before a manicure dip your nails in a cup of warm water with one tablespoon of lemon juice added to it.
- Vitamin C and Vitamin D are important for nails. So, lemon, orange, cabbage, milk are good food in this regard. Iodine improves blood circulation in the nails. So, iodine in any form may be good for nails.
Nail painting
- Painting nails can protect them from being damaged, to a certain extent. You see, colored nail polish blocks light from the nails & to some people, this would prompt fungal growth on their nails.
- Give every nail 3 strokes of polish, starting either from the center-left-right or from right-center-left, it's really about preference.
- Add a top coat (clear nail polish) to protect the polish & keep nail under wraps away from the sun.
- Use acetone-free nail varnish remover. Acetone (alcohol) dries nails & can make them brittle over time.
- A bottle of nail polish should be kept in a cool & dry place, out of the sun.
Tips for better hair removal
If you want to remove your hair in way that the skin remains soft and there is no hint of rough strands of hair, here are some tips you can use.
First of all make sure that the blade you use is sharp enough as if the blade is worn out it does not remove all hairs. Before you start with the hair removal process, you should soak them in warm water for at least a period of three minutes. This will soften them and will open the hair follicles thereby relaxing the skin. Also they will not wear out the blade.
Try using a hair conditioner before shaving them off as it makes the hair soft and easy to shave. Do not remove the hair when you have just gotten up after sleeping. This is because the body fluids during the sleep make the hair a little puffy. Never use a perfume or deodorant as soon as you shave you hair, this is because it will cause some irritation.
Try waxing instead of shaving as it is a much longer lasting process. For waxing the best bet would be one-use waxed stripes. Avoid the use of hot wax at home as it can burn the skin and can also cause some other problems.
After you remove the hair, use some baby oil to calm the skin down and prevent any type of irritations.
Finally if you are not game for hair removal, the best thing would be to bleach them. It will lighten them to suit the skin color and render them unnoticeable. However maker it a point to use only body hair bleaches.
All these tips will help you to get rid of problems like leftover hairs and sore skin. Once you remove your hair using these tips you will get better results
How long can you keep makeup?
How long can you keep makeup?
Many women don't know that makeup expires, or even realize that there is a concept of "makeup safety." They believe their makeup will last forever if it's properly stored. The truth is that all makeup eventually goes bad. When mascara dries up and clumps, lipstick runs and foundations separates, these are signs that your makeup has expired. How long to keep your makeup is important for a number of reasons.
Time to throw it away?
To better understand cosmetic shelf life, you need to know what to look for in your favorite makeup products and brands. While there are certain cosmetics that have a longer shelf life than others, all of your makeup will eventually go bad over time. Take note of these tips on makeup safety. How Long to keep it and proper storage methods to lengthen your makeup shelf life is worth consideration.
Foundations
Keeping makeup beyond the expiration date can cause a number of skin conditions. This is especially true with expired foundations. The best way to tell is by looking for the expiration date, which can be found by a small symbol on the bottle or box displayed as 2m, 6m, 10m or 12m. This stands for the shelf life after opening. For instance, 2m means the makeup is good for 2 months after opening.
Ever notice how liquid makeup tends to separate, leaving the darker compound on the bottom and an oily clear compound on top? This is a sign that your foundation has expired and is breaking down. Simply shaking the foundation bottle to recombine its contents cannot repair the fact that the foundation is too old. Toss it.
Think about it this way. Even if shaking the bottle will recombine the foundation after separating, the fact that it separated in the first place should tell you that it will most certainly separate on your face. Expired foundation is infamous for leaving an oily film on your face when it separates. This separation also makes the foundation run or rub off easily.
This oily residue produced by the separation can also contribute to acne and other skin irritations by clogging pores and over time causing blackheads, especially if you don't wash the oily residue off every day. Properly cleaning and moisturizing your skin regularly is a no-brainer, your skin doesn't need the extra irritation that the use of expired makeup will cause.
Eye Makeup Safety
With regard to how long you should keep eye makeup, consider the following tips to help you avoid eye infections. There are a number of health issues that involve expired or prolonged usage of eye makeup. The biggest concern is infections and other potential damage eye makeup (such as eyeliners, eye shadows and mascara) can cause.
Lipsticks and Glosses
Lipsticks and glosses have a shelf life of six to twelve months. Depending on the quality of your lipstick, it can last longer, as long as you keep it covered and away from hot temperatures. How long you should keep lip makeup also depends on the type of storage and applicator system used. Regular lipstick tubes (with direct application) usually hold for about a year or more, whereas lipstick or gloss tubes with built in lip sponges or brushes last at least three to six months. When your lipstick is no good, most often it will run and sometimes stain your lips.
Since most women share lipsticks and glosses, the infection rate for lip sores and chapping is much higher. While using a lipstick brush may reduce transmission of infections as opposed to your finger or direct application, there's still a high risk factor. Make sure you avoid sharing lipsticks and gloss, don't use your finger to apply and frequently replace lip brushes to cut down your chances of transmitting makeup bacteria and infections.
Makeup gives us as women, a feeling of glamour and accentuated beauty. Women should not only be concerned with how good they look, but about makeup safety and how long to keep makeup. Using old expired makeup can end up having the opposite effect you intended in the first place.

There are a number of health issues that involve expired or prolonged usage of eye makeup. The biggest concern is infections and other potential damage eye makeup (such as eyeliners, eye shadows and mascara) can cause.
- While pencil eyeliners do not expire, there is a health issue surrounding prolonged usage. Liquid eyeliners do expire. You can find the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle or on the product box. All eyeliners attract bacteria. If not properly stored with a cap, your eyeliner can transfer bacteria laden eyeliner bacteria to your eyes. This bacteria is directly related to "pink eye" types of infections, sties and tear duct blockage. Eyeliners are cheap, so you can afford to replace them frequently. Replace pencil eyeliners every three to six months and make sure you sharpen frequently for safety's sake.
- Eye shadows have a longer cosmetic shelf life. With the proper compact case to protect your eye shadow from bacteria and dirt, and stored in a cool location away from extreme heat, your eye shadow can last up to a year or more. While some women discard eye shadow when it brakes up, hardens or loses its color intensity, other women simply replace eye shadows as needed.
- Mascara, on the other hand, requires constant replacement, and is a major makeup safety issue. You know when your mascara is clumpy and has an odd smell, it's time to get a new tube. Mascara has a high risk of collecting dangerous makeup bacteria like eyeliner, however the risk is much greater for women who share mascara. To avoid eye infections, don't share your mascara and replace it frequently.

Winter Care – Prevent Your Skin From Getting Dry
So winter has arrived. Its well known fact that winter has most adverse effects than any other season on out skin. So lets take some care of our skin in winters.
Face:
You have to follow your daily routine of CTM( Cleansing + Toning + Moisturizing).
Get intense moisturizer if your skin is more dry and have some light cold cream too.
But if your skin is oily, stick to moisturizer only.
Home Remedies for Face(Moisturizing):
Honey is a pack which suits every one. It is best moisturizing pack (search fast facials for instructions).
If you can get some avocado take out the pulp, add some honey, it makes the excellent moisturizing pack for winters.
You can do it up to 5 times a week if your skin is too dry, otherwise 2 times a week makes skin supple and soft.
Home Remedies (Cleanser):
Raw unboiled milk works good as a cleanser for all skin types in winter.
If your skin is too dry, search out homemade cleansers (posted previously).
Use banana-cream-honey cleanser( mentioned in homemade cleansers).
Home Remedies (Toner):
Rose water is suitable for all skin types in all seasons as a toner.
Otherwise watermelon juice works great too.
For extra dry skin, just add 2 drops of honey in watermelon juice every time you use it as a toner.
Scrubbing:
In winter lot of dead cells accumulate on our skin. We need to clear them either with scrub or AHAs.
But another problem in winter is skin becomes sensitive towards scrubs and all. So idea is whenever you want to scrub or use AHA, a day before use a moisturizing pack, like honey etc. So your skin wont get rashes, and please be gentle with your skin.
In winters scrub only two times a week, not more than that. Whereas AHAs should be used once in 10 days. If you are using scrubs two times a week, use AHAs once in 15 days.
Hair:
Hairs are very badly affected in winters. Common problems are split ends, dry hair, itchiness of scalp and sometimes dandruff too.
once in a 15 days go for deep conditioning, or else do deep conditioning at home once a week.
For split ends i will post in detail.
You might need to switch your shampoos and conditioners if your hair become too dry. Go for shampoos specially made for dry/damaged hair.
If you have developed itchiness of scalp or dry dandruff, oil your hair three times a week. You can warm the oil and massage gently with your finger tips. Warm oil gets absorbed well.
For oil, you can use plain olive oil, or mixture of olive oil and almond oil.
Once in a week use a hair pack or home made conditioner.
For example use mayonnaise, or mix eggs with Olive oil in a blender and apply. Keep for 20 minutes and wash with shampoo and conditioner.
Always apply conditioner after using the shampoo.
Hands and Feet:
In winters, nails suffer from hang nails. Hang nails is the skin on sides of nails which becomes dry and start peeling off.
Apply hand and nail lotion(or a moisturizer) on your hands at least once in a day. If possible twice a day.
Massaging Mask for Hands and Feet
If your hands and feet are too rough or dry try this.
Pulp of 1/2 avocado
One Egg yolk
1 tsp Honey
Some ground rice(to make it in a paste like consistency, just grind some rice and mix).
2-3 drops of prime rose oil
Mix all above ingredients. Add rice to a quantity so the above mixture is like a paste. Now massage this on your hands and feet. Keep for 20 minutes, and wash off.
*** avocado, egg yolk and honey will provide moisture, and rice will give gentle scrubbing. Prime rose oil has very good results on skin, it will give your skin a natural glow.
****** Do not use this pack on face.
Lips:
Now this is secret, which i am unrevealing.
I tend to have dry lips in winter, even if i use lip balms, creams and all other things too. Then i found out this secret method.
Take some mild facial scrub, and gently scrub your lips with it for a minute GENTLY. Wash off with water and apply moisturizer. Wait for a minute then apply baby oil/lip balm.
This process would remove dead cells, provide moisture and then oil/lip balm would seal the moisture.
This scrubbing on lips should be done only 1-2 times a week, other days you can apply moisturizer followed with oil/lip balm.
Eyes:
Some people also develop some flakes at the base of eyelashes. It looks like dandruff but those are dry cells.
Just apply a bit of olive oil in night before going to bed, they wont occur.
Body:
Most of problematic area like hair, face, lips, hands and feet are already discussed. Rest of your body parts like back, arms, legs, stomach etc. do not have lot of problems in winter. Only problem is they become dry sometimes.
Apply intense moisturizer on your whole body every night, before going to sleep.
You can also apply cold cream on your whole body 1-2 times a week if your skin is too dry.

How to make your lips smooth and pink
Lips… one of most beautiful things in women. Lets make them more beautiful here.
Pink Lips
If your lips have got dark, here is a solution:
Rose petals help to regain the colour, time depends how much dark your lips have gone.
Pink Lips
If your lips have got dark, here is a solution:
Rose petals help to regain the colour, time depends how much dark your lips have gone.
- Crush the rose petals and mix in your lipbalm/vaselline/fresh cream and apply on your lips every night while going to bed
- Coriander leaves (haraa dhaniyaa in urdu) also helps to gain rosy lips. Just crush the leaves and take out the juice from it. Even 1/4 spoon of juice is enough. Apply onyour lips in night and wash in morning. Do everyday
- Take some lemon thick peel and squeeze it forcefully so that you get the juice of the peel. The enzymes present in lemon peel lightens the lip's colour.Do this on alternate nights. Do not use it in day time..
- Get some Cranberries, take out the pulp, add some sugar and heat in pan for sometime, around 5 minutes till sugar dissolves. Now take this mixture and add vaselline in 1:1 and your lip balm is ready and its delicious too.
TIP: Mixing sugar keeps the balm preserved. This balm can be preserved for a week if kept refrigerated. - Add some lemon drops to Malai(its the cream which is set on top layer of milk after boiling it ). Apply everynight.
- Take some kesar(saffron), mix in milk and apply on lips every night.
Nails Care
The surface of a nail is called the nail plate:
- The cuticle is the skin that grows from the finger onto the base of the nail (nail root).
- Nail moons are found at the base of the nails. Small or no moons may indicate low metabolism while large moons may indicate an active metabolism.
- The average growth rate a day is 0.1 mm. Weather, activity, hormonal changes & age all have an effect on the rate of nail growth.
- With age nails tend to thicken, harden, grow slower & ridges appear.
Fair hair with yoghurt care
Women of the 21st century tend to view natural ingredients with suspicion. Unlike our grandmothers' generation, we've grown accustomed to treatments created by cosmetics companies rather than having to create homemade concoctions. However, we shouldn't be so quick to discredit the practices of the older generations. Years ago, the luxury of frequent salon visits and blowouts was minimal — beauty techniques have evolved over time and were based upon traditional and Ayurvedic medicine and/or an innate understanding of the human anatomy. The fact that our grandmothers used everyday household items like oil and yoghurt in beauty treatments, does seem bizarre, but those treatments worked.
You may notice your hair is becoming dull and lifeless. This is primarily due to the changing seasons — as the temperature changes from warm to cold and cold to warm, your hair is bewildered as to whether it should overproduce oil or go into lock down mode. Well, ladies, the solution is to indulge in the use of a little yoghurt and watch your locks turn into soft, silky, dandruff-free tresses.
Yoghurt is high in lactic acid and has natural anti-fungal properties. It works to stimulate hair growth and fight dandruff by acting as a natural cleanser that tightens and clarifies the pores on your scalp. The protein property helps to strengthen and moisturize your hair and to tame persistent, rough frizz by smoothening out your strands. The creamy consistency and antibacterial ingredients help to soothe the scalp and reduce any itchiness. There are several techniques used to make a yogurt hair mask. The four listed below are the most basic methods used.
Simple Yoghurt
This is the easiest and least messy and time consuming method. Simply whip some plain yoghurt in a bowl on dry hair before showering. Massage the yoghurt into your scalp by parting your hair an inch at a time. Brush on the remaining product to the rest of your hair from roots to ends. Leave the yogurt in for about an hour. You may then rinse the yogurt out with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo. Conditioner is optional.
Yoghurt and egg
When whipping yoghurt, add a full egg — the white part helps with strength and the yolk increases shininess. Make sure to wash your hair out with tepid water — anything hotter and you will end up with scrambled eggs in your hair! Use a mild shampoo such as a basic shampoo for normal hair that is not specifically clarifying, moisturising or for dandruff, or you'll be negating the effects of the yoghurt mask.
Yoghurt and mustard/olive oil
This method can be applied either before shampooing or afterwards as a conditioner. Add one or two tablespoons of either mustard oil or olive oil to whipped yogurt. After washing hair with a mild shampoo, apply this conditioner and leave in for about 15 minutes. Make sure to have more parts yoghurt than oil so the mask washes out easily without having to reapply shampoo.
Yoghurt and fruit
This technique requires you to blend yoghurt along with pulp from fruits containing natural oils that soften your hair. These include avocados, mangoes, cantaloupe and bananas. Experiment with different ingredients and find the one that brings out the natural shine in your locks.
On a final note, yoghurt is known to have intense cooling properties, so be sure to use this mask in a warm room. We understand there is a price to beauty, but we don't want anyone catching a cold.

Ways to Prevent Pimples
Face masks are also a good way to prevent pimples. They have the power to reach deep into the pores and clear out any dirt trapped there. After you have completed your daily skincare regime, a good way to prevent dirt from getting into open pores is to use cold water. Very cold water on the face will seal the pores shut, and it will also tighten up the skin.
One way to prevent pimples is to stick to a healthy diet. A proper balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables will keep the skin in peak condition and may prevent excess oil. Food allergies are also a cause of pimples. A doctor should be able to determine if this is a cause of eruptions in the skin.

Basic Hair Care results in smooth and silky hair + less Hair Fall
Lets talk about some basic care of hair.
*Oiling: It is very essential for hair. Massaging your scalp with your finger tips helps a lot. If you warm the oil a bit and then massage the oil will be absorbed well.
Hair oil: You can get any good hair oil available in market. Many people prefer coconut oil. Try Olive Oil its good too. You can use just olive oil, or mix it with almond oil in 1:1.
*Washing: Ideally hair should be washed 3 times a week, its absolutely safe and good for hair. It can be more or less on your individual preference. Some people say less washing would cause dirt accumulation whereas some say excessive washing leads to hair fall and dryness.
While applying shampoo to your locks, leave them hanging down instead of piling them on top of your head as though you're posing for a shampoo commercial. Piling up your hair only leads to more tangles. Let it hang naturally so the lather works its way from the root to the ends.
While washing your hair, try diluting your shampoo, i mean mix it in water and then use. This would have two benefits. Shampoo would be well distributed, due to distribution shampoo wont clog at one part of scalp. Sometimes too much amount of shampoo dries the hair which wont happen if you dilute the shampoo.
After applying diluted shampoo to your hair, massage your scalp for a minute with your finger tips. Yes u read it correct "MASSAGE", dont worry within a minute shampoo wont penetrate or harm your skin, it would just remove the dirt accumulated in scalp.
Many people wash their hair two times. They wash it and again apply shampoo and wash. because they believe this method would remove all dirt. But this would dry up the hair. If you follow the above method of massaging your scalp just for a minute, you wont need to wash your hair second time.
Wash your hairs with cold water Because cold water helps the hair scales lie down flat, making them stronger. On the other hand warm water opens the hair scales not only causing more frizz but also making the hair shaft weaker and more vulnerable. In addition, the scalp secretes certain oils that are good for the hair. These oils get dissolved in warm water, causing further dryness. Cold water does not dissolve the natural oils. So make the healthy-hair choice and go in for cold water!
* Conditioning:
Daily conditioning: There are two types of conditioners used on daily basis.
rinse off conditioners and leave on conditioners.
Rinse off conditioners: These conditioners are generally used after shampooing, applied on damp hair, kept for a minute or two and then rinsed of with water.
TIP: Try using it on moist hair, i mean whenever you wash your hair. Towel dry your hair softly, dont rub the towel, just pat dry the hair then apply conditioner, wash after a minute. You would notice considerable difference.
Leave on conditioners: (do not confuse with livon)
These conditioners are used on damp/ dry hairs and can be kept in hair, no need of washing the hair. These conditioners can be used even if you are using rinse off conditioners.
deep conditioning
once a while depending on your hair type, deep conditioning is advisable. It would nourish your hair, keep them silky, soft and bouncy. It improves texture, strength and helps to grow your hair.
serums
These are silicon based transparent liquids used on damp/dry hair. They make hair look shiny temporarily. Some of examples of serums are livon, silk n shine, lolane etc. There are lot of brands available in market.
Many scientist claim that too much use of serums can damage the hair, but it hasnt been proved yet, so its your choice how frequently you want to use serums.
Towel drying the hair:
Whenever we need to towel dry our hair what we do? We take a towel and start rubbing it on our scalp. But its NOT the way to do it. Whenever you need to towel dry your hair take the towel and try to be as gentle as you can. Just touch the towel on your hair pat them and try to touch the towel on all your hair but do not rub.
combing the hair:
Before stepping into the shower, comb your hair lightly with a wide-toothed comb to untangle knots. This aligns the strands and prevents your getting out of the shower with a lot of knots. Begin at the ends and slowly work your way up. Never try to rip through tangles from top to bottom. You'll end up with a clump of hair on your comb that could have been avoided if only you'd had some patience!
Wet hair break easily, so its good to comb before washing. After washing, pat dry your hair if you want. Let your hair shed some water. Take a shampoo comb(its that big comb, which has big spaced teeth) and comb your hair only ONCE and very gently. Let your hair dry and then use combs and hair brushes.
Using rubber bands clips etc:
Use hair bands instead of rubber bands.

Use This
Whenever you wear a hair clip, make sure its not pulling your hair.
Avoid wearing messy accessories on daily basis.
Blow drying and ironing:
Avoid blow drying and ironing as much as u can. But if you want to do it, keep blow dryer at a distance of 6 inches from your hair and go for a deep conditioning more often if you do it more frequently.
If you do ironing, never forget to use a cream or serum which gives protection to your hair from ironing. Though it doesnt give complete protection, but atleast it provides some protection.
Permanent treatments:
If you are thinking to go for rebonding, permanent straightening or colour, first of all make sure your hairs are healthy enough to undergo such harsh treatments.
Think atleast twice before doing these things because you might have bad hair after doing so.

Random tips:
- Keep the use of other chemicals minimum like gels, spray etc..
- If you have AC in your room or office cabin, never sit direct in front of AC. The air should not directly fall to your hair
- If you drive a two wheeler, or travel in public transport where air is passed in a speed always tie your hair dont keep them open.
- If its pollution or too much of sunlight, cover your hair with a cap, hat, dupataa or anything fashionable. I still see people who carry an umbrella in summer and most of them are 50+ who look like they are still in thier 30′s.
- Drink lot of water.
- Keep a check on your diet and food intake. Eat healthy and balanced.
- Never use harsh shampoos, i hope nobody uses a soap on their hair (i have seen many people using bathing soap on thier hair).
Haircuts suited to the face shape
Fashion cannot be followed blindly! Especially with hairstyles, you should always see what suits your facial features . An amazing hairstyle that might look good on a model may not necessarily look good for you.
Hair Style for An Oval face Shape
The oval face is the perfect face. Almost any hairstyle will go with it, whether it is long or short, straight or curly. If you have an oval face, you will do well with having layers near your chin or cheekbones to draw attention to them. However, try to avoid hairstyles that add volumes to the top of your head ? it will make your face look longer.
Hair Style for A round face Shape
Since you have a nice round face, see that your hair is cut onto your cheeks to shade them and narrow down the sides. A shoulder length cut will help make your face look longer and slimmer. Avoid fringes and curls. A soft feathery look is the most flattering. Straight long hair gives a stunning effect!
Hair Style for A Long face Shape
Your beautiful long face can be made to look less long with fringes, soft half-fringes or a chin-length cut which is fuller at the bottom, add width. Anything but a long straight bob, which will make you appear even more long faced and pulls down your whole appearance.
Hair Style for A heart-shaped face
Since you have a beautiful heart-shaped face, softness at the temples and fullness just below the ear level suits you the best. Avoid a center parting, as it tends to emphasize your pointed chin, instead part your hair on one side or wear it without a parting. If your hair is short, turn the ends inwards.
Hair Style for A Square face Shape
Fringes and curls flicked forward help to soften 'corners' of you square face. Cut your hair short at the temples. Avoid symmetry, short crops or anything geometric. Make sure your hair has body, if necessary go in for a soft perm.

Brush your hair
So a lot of stylist have taught us that we should comb our hair and not brush it in order to reduce hair breakage. This is true for removing snarls, but once your hair is tangle-free and fully dry, brushing is great for your scalp. Brushing stimulates circulation to the scalp and can promote hair growth.
Brushing is also a great way to control oil. To control oily hair through brushing, simply brush your hair for 10 full minutes before showering. Be sure to scratch your scalp with each stroke of the brush. When you are done brushing your hair will be disgustingly oily but you'll wash that all away in the shower. Seriously this was the ONLY thing that worked for me. I would wash my hair in the morning and by lunch time my hair would start to look oily at the roots, but when I started brushing before washing, it released all of the oils and it took my body a while to replace them, so I was able to stay oil free all day.
Method of Facial
Beauty salon at your house!
Re-create the benefits of the beauty salon in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Facial, is done for a deep-down cleansing and a definite improvement in skin tone.Just once a month will make a noticeable difference to your complexion.
Cleanse your face with cleansing milk. Then take your soap-free face wash and dot all over your face.
Take a shaving brush (the kind men use to shave) and move it over your face in a circular manner. This is to stimulate the skin and improve blood circulation.
Wash off with lukewarm water and pat your face dry.
Lightly massage a light cream or a moisturizer in upward strokes all over your face. This will loosen dead surface skin cells and leave your skin softer and smoother. It will also prepare your complexion for the beneficial treatments to come.
Prepare a solution of tea leaves and water to which mint leaves and fenugreek seeds have been added. Boil this solution and steam your face with it in a manner similar to taking steam inhalation during a bad cold. Make sure the steam reaches all areas of your face. This acts as food for the skin as it is very nourishing and refreshing.
Take a tissue and wipe off the moisture. This removes the dead cells and dirt from the skin.
Apply a cold compress next, to close the open pores. Take a tissue dipped in iced fruit juice (one that suits your skin) and place the tissue on your face. Leave on for 10 minutes. Smooth the sensitive eye area under your eyes with a soothing eye cream to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and make the skin ultra soft.
After that, prepare a face mask, face mask powder and milk for dry skin and mask powder and rose water for oily skin -- and apply all over your face and neck. Keep two swabs of moist cotton over your eyes and wash the mask off when semi-dry or after 20 minutes.
Cracked Feet
Foot is the most neglected part of the body.Foot is also most important part of the body mostly womens can not take care of their feet ,sometimes womens care their face but did not care about hands & feet and the result is they are dry .
Dry cracked feet are due to lack of moisture. When the feet are not getting enough moisture, then cracks develop on the feet. If there is excessive dryness sit will lead to itching sensation and many times it starts bleeding as well.
There are many ways to avoid cracked feet:
1-You can apply hydrogenated oil after bathing the foot and then drying it fully.
2-You can also apply a pulp of a dry banana and then wash and dry the area properly.
3- You can avoid dry cracked feet if you can soak you feet in lemon juice regularly about twice a day and it also helps heal the cracked feet.
4-One of the easiest and most common ways is first soak the feet in water for about 10 minutes, dry it and on the cracked surfaces put moisturizing cream and then let it dry,You can do this for around 10 days and the result will be fine feet in front of you. Especially during cold weather you should do it as it dries the skin and feet are the first part of the body that are affected by dry skin
To keep your feel perfectly..
Those who have very dry skin and their feet get cracked very easily should take some tough measures to keep the feet smooth and fine. One such method is to liquefy paraffin wax and then mix it with little amount of mustard oil, put it on the cracked surface and then wash it off later in the day. If this process is repeated for 10 to 15 days it, you will find your feet soft and smooth. Proper nutrition and diet is also necessary to keep your feet in perfect condition.
